Heimorgelromantik
Catag's Heimorgelromantik project featuring a minimalist and intimate live performance by Xaver Fischer and stunning visuals by the artist duo
„Heimorgelromantik“ is an audiovisual live project by Xaver Fischer featuring solo keyboards and electronics, along with visuals from the artist duo Catag. The project offers a minimalist take on „Lo-Fi Jazz“ using analog synthesizer, organ, and drum computer sounds, accompanied by animated drawings from graffiti artist AJ Polonia and visual artist Uli Sigg. The project was performed live in Cologne in 2021, presenting an idyllic panorama of maximal reduction. The combination of Fischer’s music and Catag’s visuals creates a unique and immersive experience for the audience. „Heimorgelromantik“ showcases the ability of Catag to collaborate with musicians and incorporate their visual art into a live performance.
